The Elementary School Proceeding of Community Engagement and Social Activities (ESPCESA) is an interdisciplinary field that encompasses volunteering, extracurricular activities, leadership roles, tutoring underprivileged students (Buddy Programs), and more. For students, engaging in their local community can be incredibly beneficial—not only for the people and organizations they support, but also for their own personal growth. By learning about various causes and gaining hands-on experience with real-world issues, students can develop valuable skills such as problem-solving and communication while building meaningful relationships with community members.
