Background

From a young age, I occasionally worked with my father, a schoolteacher, to support students in our community. Two other friends and I established a library in the village when I was an undergraduate student.I am trying to help them through different ways including STEAM AIR education and improving imagination.

I have also involved my daughter in editing my manuscripts since her high school years. She went on to publish her own research and graduated with honors. According to her, professors and instructors have praised her knowledge and writing skills. Reflecting on my own experience, I thought I understood research and publication during graduate school, but I now believe it would be incredibly beneficial if students could engage in this process from an earlier age. Science projects, after all, play a crucial role in fostering a wide range of qualities—including enhanced concentration, imagination, creativity, discipline, honesty, self-confidence, and happiness. All of these experiences inspired me to create PreScientist24.org, which officially launched on December 15, 2024.

Prescientist24 is a free, online, peer-reviewed publication platform dedicated to nurturing the creativity, imagination, ideas, and innovations of students—from elementary school through undergraduate studies. We believe that by empowering young minds to share their ideas with the world, we are shaping the next generation of professional leaders and compassionate human beings. Our mission is to foster a healthier and more innovative future by engaging the younger generation in the process of publishing peer-reviewed articles on diverse topics, helping them develop a practical understanding of life from an early age. We are particularly committed to empowering students and young people who may not have had the opportunity to share their imaginations and ideas with the world—regardless of whether they are currently enrolled in school. To ensure inclusivity and cultural preservation, we publish their work both in English and in their mother tongues. We believe that no individual or nation can truly develop without valuing and preserving their own language. Under this platform, there are a total of 24 journals and proceedings, including four each for the Elementary, Middle, and High School levels, and twelve for the College and University level. Examples include the Elementary School Proceedings of Culture, Imagination, and Science for Native Students (ESPCISNS), Middle School Journal of Science Projects (MSJSP), High School Proceedings of Community Engagement and Social Activities (HSPCESA), and College Journal of Earth, Planet, and Space Sciences (CJEPSS), among others. We believe no one should be left behind in this journey of discovery.
Plan to Fulfill This Vision
To realize the mission of Prescientist24, we are pursuing the following strategies:
• Partnering with schools, school districts, colleges, universities, and creative organizations
• Collaborating with public libraries and community centers
• Establishing Imagination Clubs to encourage creativity and exploration
• Creating creative and science laboratories in every school district, and eventually, every school
• Distributing creative, scientific, and educational resources to underserved areas
• Promoting science and innovation through awards, scholarships, and student publications
• Encourage undergraduates to publish Honors and Capstone research to boost career development
• Organizing seminars, workshops, and conferences to connect young thinkers and mentors
• Using media to promote STEAM AIR education and highlight student-led creative projects
