Young generation: The power of STEAM AIR

The younger generation represents the driving force of society, embodying its ambitions and shaping its future. Therefore, it is essential for them to grow and develop in a nurturing environment.

I compare them to the power of "STEAM AIR." Why?

The term "STEAM AIR" carries profound significance. Each letter represents a key area of knowledge: S for Science, T for Technology, E for Engineering, A for Agriculture, M for Mathematics, AI for Artificial Intelligence, and R for Robotics.

Beyond this acronym, "STEAM AIR" symbolizes a unique perspective on knowledge and personal growth. Just as water heats up and transforms into steam, releasing energy that creates light, young people too gradually accumulate knowledge. They embody "STEAM AIR," filled with potential and power. This knowledge, much like the resources of a library, can be shared freely, illuminating the paths of others and paving the way for a brighter future—much like light dispels darkness. This journey of learning reflects the concept of "Choloman, on the way," emphasizing continuous growth and discovery.

I have mentioned that the younger generation is the power of "STEAM AIR," but they must first develop that force and improve their knowledge and imagination to reach their potential. Importantly, to achieve their goals, they need a supportive environment. For example, although water may heat up under the same conditions, its boiling point can differ depending on its quality or the environment. Clean water typically boils faster than water with impurities, and water boils at a lower temperature on a mountain than at sea level. This illustrates that the environment plays a crucial role in success. Similarly, today’s young generation needs to focus on improving their own quality and ensuring they are surrounded by a good environment to achieve success.

At a young age, if children can develop a better understanding of their own thoughts, cultivate positive thinking, recognize their interests, embrace responsibility, value honesty, find happiness in their work, understand destiny, and adopt a strong work ethic, they will be better equipped for personal growth and will find their paths to a brighter future.

Therefore, I urge the younger generation, as well as everyone else, to consider the following guidelines:
• Think carefully before starting and after finishing tasks.
• Be honest, punctual, responsible, respectful, helpful, disciplined, hardworking, and simple.
• Strive to be a good human being.
• Dream big and work toward achieving your goals.
• Learn from mistakes; today’s actions shape tomorrow’s outcomes.
• Learn from the environment, which provides valuable answers.
• Do what can be done today; don’t procrastinate.
• Respect others to earn their respect.
• Help others today; they may help you in the future.
• Engage in discussions for better results.
• Spend time with family daily, sharing thoughts, dreams, and knowledge.
• Even if you can’t help others, avoid causing harm.
• Prioritize helping others, but always place your child and family first.
• Maintain a positive family environment.
• Communicate openly about what you cannot do and why.
• Show love and support to each other.
• Focus on improving your own abilities, dreams, and values, while working towards great achievements.
• Minimize arguments and negative behavior in front of children.
• Parents must actively work to raise their children well.

In conclusion, complete today’s tasks today, as there will always be more to do tomorrow. Our next generation will continue our work if they grow up in the right way.
